236A (A Notes)

  • Increased recovery (Less safe to throw out in neutral)

236B (B Notes)

  • Less blowback and opponent isn't launched as far

236A or B (Notes in general)

  • Final placement of notes adjusted for B and SB versions

  • Popped notes now move opposite of the direction Rise is facing when exploding (Allows pressure at farther distances, but some previous setups may be invalidated by this change)

  • Popped notes now pop other notes more reliably

214AB (SB Shove)

  • Pushes back farther away when blocked (Funny interaction on omc)

236C (C Disc)

  • Now goes significantly farther (Quick midscreen poke tool)

  • Faster recovery (Allows new combo routes in corner)

214C, 214D, 214CD (Barrier/Shield)

  • C has strike guard, D has projectile guard, CD has guard to everything except grabs (Can be useful in certain matchups, especially the projectile version)

22AB (SB Arrow Rain)

  • Now inflicts shock on scanned condition (Niche way to keep an opponent from running away)
