2D and j.2D can be used to catch air dashes, keep an opponent on the ground after activation, or to set up mixups
Easily punished at close-medium range if nothing is used to cover its startup, and generally gets beaten by full-screen punish options like Naoto's gun or Margaret's spear
Generally this is used to threaten pressure while you close the distance, if your opponent does something while you have this move queued up, release D to punish them
Usually arrow rain is a good move to cover the startup of this move
