  • Inflicts scanned condition on hit, which lasts for 300 frames and enhances certain special attacks and the orbs super.

  • Can be held down for 53 frames to delay the hitbox from appearing, it will activate after 8 frames once the button is released

  • 2D and j.2D can be used to catch air dashes, keep an opponent on the ground after activation, or to set up mixups

  • Easily punished at close-medium range if nothing is used to cover its startup, and generally gets beaten by full-screen punish options like Naoto's gun or Margaret's spear
