Generally a bad idea to use this up close except for in a blockstring or combo
Initial hitbox shown above, and afterwards turns into a projectile which travels to about mid-screen
This can easily be jumped over and whiff punished if used in neutral
If the opponent blocks the projectile, this move is about equal
Using this on round start is entirely risk and not much reward
